2021年3月25日· 近年来，随着经济的日益发展，建设工程行业的混凝土用量越来越大，河沙作为混凝土的主要原材料，不仅开采方便、而且成本较低，这也导致了非法采砂行为屡禁不止，已经严重威胁到了河湖健康。为此，水利部围绕长江等通过数据分析，充分掌握盗采河砂行为容易发生的时间节点。 在凌晨1点—3点，中午12点—2点，夜间10—12点，镇政府巡砂值班队伍及行政执法人员开展定期巡逻，采取精准蹲守，主动出击方式，严防严控盗采行为。使用新型制砂机，遏制盗采河砂行为<span>2014/11/12</span>
